Terms of Service
Draft — takes effect on publication.
These terms apply to appointments booked with Luxe Flutter (“we”, “us”) at 8150 207 St, Langley, British Columbia, and to your use of this website. By booking an appointment or using this site, you agree to them.
1. Booking an appointment
- Appointments are arranged by telephone on 778-772-447 or by request through the contact form on this website.
- A booking is confirmed only once you receive a confirmation from us or the booking system — a form submission on its own is a request, not a reservation.
- Please request the correct service. If what is needed on the day differs from what was booked, we may have to adjust or reschedule the appointment.
- If you have not worn extensions before, we recommend starting with a consultation.
2. Deposits
Where a deposit is required to hold an appointment, the amount and whether it is refundable will be confirmed with you at the time of booking, before any payment is taken.
3. Cancellations
Please give as much notice as you can if you need to cancel, by calling the studio on 778-772-447. Because the studio takes one client at a time, a cancelled appointment usually cannot be filled at short notice. Any required notice period and cancellation fee will be confirmed with you at booking.
4. Rescheduling
Appointments can be moved by arrangement — call the studio as early as you can. Whether a deposit carries across to the new date will be confirmed at booking.
5. Late arrivals
Arriving late reduces the time available, and a shortened appointment may affect the result. If you are running behind, call ahead and we will tell you whether the appointment can still go ahead in full.
6. No-shows
Missing an appointment without notice takes a slot no one else could use. Any charge for a missed appointment will have been confirmed with you at booking.
7. Payment
- Payment is due at the end of the appointment unless agreed otherwise.
- Accepted payment methods are confirmed at booking. No payment is taken through this website.
- Prices are quoted in Canadian dollars.
- Prices may change; the price confirmed at booking is the price that applies to that appointment.
- Gratuities are appreciated but never expected.
8. What to expect from a service
- Results vary between clients. Natural lash length, thickness, growth cycle, skin type and aftercare all affect the outcome and how long it lasts.
- We will always advise honestly if a requested look is not suitable or safe for your natural lashes, and offer the closest alternative.
- Retention is affected by aftercare. Aftercare guidance is provided at the end of every appointment.
- If something is not sitting right, tell us as soon as you notice — get in touch and we will look at it.
9. Your responsibilities as a client
- Tell us before your appointment about allergies, sensitivities, eye conditions or infections, recent eye surgery or treatments, or if you are using prescription eye medication.
- Arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup where possible.
- Follow the aftercare guidance you are given.
- Do not attend if you have an eye infection, an active skin infection in the treatment area, or a contagious illness. Call us and we will move your appointment.
- The studio is a single-client space and cannot accommodate additional guests during an appointment.
- Clients under the age of majority require the consent of a parent or guardian, who must be reachable throughout the appointment.
10. Patch tests
Tell us in advance about any known sensitivity to adhesives, tints or wax. Where a patch test is advisable for the service you have requested, we will arrange one before your appointment.
11. Right to refuse service
We may decline or stop a service where it would be unsafe, where a contraindication is present, or where behaviour is abusive or inappropriate. Where a service is declined on safety grounds, we will discuss the deposit or payment with you directly.
12. Photography
We may ask to photograph finished work. Photographs are only taken and only used with your consent, that consent is asked for at the appointment rather than assumed, and you may withdraw it at any time by contacting the studio.
13. Use of this website
- This website and its content — text, layout, images and code — belong to Luxe Flutter or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
- Do not attempt to disrupt the site, submit false information through its forms, or use it for unlawful purposes.
- Content on this site is provided for general information about our services. It is not medical, dermatological or professional advice.
- We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luxe Flutter is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or from a service, including missed events or opportunities. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for negligence causing personal injury, or any rights you have under applicable consumer protection legislation. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada. Any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of British Columbia.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you book is the version that applies to that appointment.
